Kangchenjunga

Third highest mountain in the world. Sacred in Sikkimese tradition and worshipped by the local people. First ascent by Joe Brown and George Band on May 25 , 1955.

Nanda Devi

Height : 7,816 meters ( 25, 643 feet )

Location : Uttarakhand

Second highest peak in India and the highest entirely within the country. Part of the Nanda Devi National Park, a UNSECO World Heritage Site . First ascent by Bill Tilman and Noel Odell in 1936.

Kamet

Mamostong Kangri

Location : Ladakh ( part of the Rimo Muztagh range in the Karakoram )

Known as K35 . First ascent by an Indo – Japanese team in 1984 .

Rimo I

Hardeol
