Qualification Details
Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree from any discipline, provided it is from a UGC-recognized institution.
Vacancy Details :
As per the official advertisement released by the Karnataka Public Service Commission, a total of 247 vacancies are available for the post of Panchayat Development Officer (PDO) under the Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka. Of these, 97 vacancies are allocated for the Hyderabad-Karnataka region, and 150 vacancies are for the Residual Parent Cadre.
Age Limit :
According to the KPSC PDO recruitment notification, applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 38 to be eligible.
Age Relaxation :
- OBC( NCL) – Candidate : 3 years
- SC/ST Candidates : 05 years
- PwBD candidates : 10 years
Application Fees :
To apply for the post of PDO (RPC/HK) under the RDPRD, Karnataka, candidates from the General category must pay an application fee of ₹600/-. For applicants from Cat-2A/2B/3A/3B, the fee is ₹300/-.
