Job Categories and Requirements:
1. Facility (0–3 Years)
- Skills:
- Electrical: Knowledge of transformers, UPS systems, diesel generators, VFD, etc.
- Mechanical: Maintenance of chillers, pumps, air compressors, RO, WTP, STP, and AC units.
- Building Systems: Knowledge of BMS, energy-saving projects, and solar plants.
2. FATP-MFG & Kitting (2–8 Years)
- Skills:
- Final assembly and production yield management.
- Kitting: SAP, inventory audit, material follow-up, and manpower handling.
- Asset and production consumables management.
3. Quality – QA (1–3 Years)
- IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
- Knowledge of quality lab processes in EMS industries.
- Proficiency in sampling plans, 5S/ESD/7QC tools, and domestic/international standards.
- Expertise in LFR data preparation and FACA review.
- PQC (Product Quality Control)
- Conducting audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
- Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Familiarity with OQC testing, RCCA, SEMS, and job planning.
