Key Responsibilities
- Contacting customers to collect overdue Payments and negotiating payment plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and payments agreements.
- Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve dispute and facilitate payments.
Qualification :
- Previous experience in collections or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in excel
- High school diploma or equivalent : additional qualifications finace or related are a plus .
Must know kannada , other southern regional languages optional
